POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY
Online item(s) purchased at regular price (not on sale, not discounted, and no promotional offers) are subject to the following conditions:
We are pleased to offer exchanges or issue a credit on your online purchases within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Item(s) returned must have all tags still attached and does not show any signs of wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, etc.), has not been sized/adjusted, unworn, in original condition, and must be accompanied with original packaging (brand box, cases, warranty, etc.)
Online products that have been purchased on sale, discounted, or with a promotional offer are deemed FINAL SALE.
Online Returns made easy
Online purchases may be returned in person to our location in the Totem Mall, Fort St.John, BC at 9600 93 Avenue within 7 days of receiving your item(s). After 7 days the items(s) will no longer be eligible to be returned or exchanged.
To return your online purchase by mail, please first contact us by email
firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number (RA#) or you may call the store at (250)-261-6988 to obtain one. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking services.
Once you have received your RA# please mail your package to:

All shipping costs related to returns/exchanges to Apollo Avenue will be covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
Please note once we receive your item(s) that returns may take up to 3-5 days to be evaluated, processed, and approved. We will contact you by e-mail once your return is approved.
POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES ONLY
We are pleased to offer exchanges or returns for store credit only on all purchases made in-store within 7 days of purchase. Item(s) MUST be accompanied with proof of purchase receipt. Item(s) returned must not show any signs of wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, etc.) has not been sized/adjusted, unworn, in original condition, and must be accompanied with original packaging (brand box, cases, warranty, etc.)
All final sale items purchased will be marked as final sale on receipt and are not eligible for return or exchange.
